Christ Community Church
PCA -- Simpsonville, SC
What should I expect when I visit?

At Christ Community, we feel that it’s our responsibility to “clear the way” for you to come to church. We want you to be able to experience great music and worship, encouraging messages, friendly people, and an enjoyable atmosphere.

  • You'll hear practical insights and teaching from Dr. Lindell as he makes a passage from the Bible understandable.  What you learn on the weekend you'll be able to use during the week at work and in the home with your family and friends.

  • You'll enjoy God exalting worship as your heart is encouraged and energized to delight in Him above everything else.  You'll find that the blended worship service with its upbeat contemporary choruses and inspirational hymns will focus your attention on God as you worship Him.

  • You'll appreciate the warm, friendly atmosphere where you can come just as you are.  Whether you wear a tie and sportcoat, a golf shirt and khakis, a blouse and skirt, or a pair of jeans, you'll fit right in!  We're more concerned about meeting your real life needs than in what you wear.

What's available for my kids?

We know that as a parent you need be sure that your children are in a safe and loving learning environment. And we know that your children are looking for a fun place to learn. From our children's church time during the service to our learning time during Sunday School, we’ve invested a lot to make sure that your children experience God and His grace in an enjoyable, age appropriate venue.

How can I get more involved?

That's a good question!  People often ask it after only a few visits.  We want you to come, sit back, relax and enjoy the time of teaching and worship.  But at the same time ... when you're ready, we want to make sure that you have plenty of opportunities to get involved and serve.  Folks at Christ Community feel the excitement and are enthusiastic about what God is doing here -- they want to participate, to help, to serve and to reach out with God's grace.  Please know there's a place here for you!

You can let us know when you're ready to get more involved by . . .

  1. E-mailing our Associate Pastor, Roger Sowder at : roger@christcommunitychurchonline.org
  2. Touching base with one of the ministry coordinators.  They'll be able to fill you in and answer your questions.
